Board Members

The following board of directors were elected by the most recent annual vote or appointed by the acting board to fill vacancies. The community bylaws require a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. The community may elect other members to serve on the board, for a total of up to 8 members.

Officer positions are voted on by the board members on the first session after the annual election. Officers are selected based on each person’s requisite skills, experience, and willingness to fulfill the responsibilities of the role. The board may also elect backup officers for various roles.
